4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and available online payment methods.
Orders must be paid at delivery in case of COD.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time is typically 3–7 working days across Pakistan.
Delays may occur due to courier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must be available to receive the parcel.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted only according to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Used, worn, or damaged items by the customer are not eligible for return.

7. Order Refusal & Misuse

Customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries or place fake orders may be restricted from future purchases.
