1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days
Delivery time may vary depending on your city, courier service, public holidays, weather, or unexpected delays.
Remote areas may require additional time.

We always try our best to deliver as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery: Rs 250
Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs 5,000 (if applicable)

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before order confirmation.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel using the courier tracking system.

7. Delays & Courier Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Courier operational issues
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Incorrect or incomplete address

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please provide a correct and complete address. If delivery fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

Repeated failed or refused deliveries may result in order cancellation or restriction from future orders.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or missing item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
