Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Ansari Collections, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The product is returned with original packaging and tags

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, worn, or washed items

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Size issues due to incorrect selection by customer

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Clearance / sale items (if applicable)

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or wrong items

  • Exchange depends on product availability

  • If the item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or refund

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product is damaged or defective

  • Item is out of stock after order

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refund Method:

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → Refund via bank transfer / mobile wallet

  • Processing time → 5–10 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

5. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of product

    • Reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you with return instructions

Do not send any product back without confirmation.

6. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund.

7. Order Refusal / Fake Orders

Orders refused at delivery or repeated fake orders may result in:

  • Customer blacklisting

  • Restriction from future orders
